Check with Virtualmin 7.2.1: pm.max_spare_servers vs pm.max_children

Once https://github.com/virtualmin/virtualmin-gpl/pull/461 is in the packaging system, proceed to 4 test installs:

• small machine Virtualmin
• small machine WikiSuite
• big machine Virtualmin
• big machine WikiSuite

(Could be VMs paid by the hour)

And compare:
pm.max_spare_servers
pm.max_children

We want to see if server size has an influence, and if the WikiSuite installer overrides anything it shouldn't.
