Tiki Syntax "Help" cheatsheet overlay dialog (from the wiki page editor toolbar) should automatically be laid out in columns on widescreens to avoid scrolling

In rich text editing fields in Tiki 24 and earlier, at the top-right there is this "(?)" black icon button, that lets you see the "Syntax Help" and "Plugin Help". The problem is that it is shown all in a narrow column with lots of vertical scrolling.

I have landscape-oriented widescreens with way more horizontal space than vertical space; use that space accordingly, by automatically laying out that cheatsheet in columns when possible. Don't make me scroll.
