Easy (one-click) "like and subscribe" (+1 votes / 👍, and adding oneself to c.c./"keep informed") in bugtracking-oriented tiki trackers. Aka Reactions.

Like in other bug trackers, I often stumble upon interesting items that I want to upvote and subscribe to (to be notified of changes via email). However,

• The first case is not currently possible
• The 2nd case is not easy/painless. You need to click the Edit button, search for yourself to be added to the "Keep informed" field, hit Save, and then not only was that a bunch of annoying steps, but everybody gets spammed via email about it.

Both of these actions, like in GitHub/GitLab/Bugzilla, should be only one click by the user on dedicated buttons (and re-clicking the buttons undoes/removes the vote or subscription), and it should be silent for other users (no emailing them about something as trivial as that).

Or, as famous YouTubers like me jokingly say, "LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE!!"
