Ability to fold other users' comments and/or subthreads (mark as solved, outdated, offtopic, or flag as spam) for better team productivity

Especially in long-running tickets/projets or old wiki pages, some comments posted by other users may become stale or irrelevant over time. To keep threads clean and efficient to read for everybody involved, we should be able to fold away old cruft from view, for everyone. Kind of like "marking a discussion/sub-thread as 'resolved' " in merge requests reviews, too.

That way whenever anyone of your team members come back to the ticket for the 30th time, they don't have to re-read everything in front of them, there's less clutter.

From a permissions standpoint:

• It can be a wide-open "we're all adults" wiki-way config by default, especially for simple SMBs intranets like AvanTech
• For organisations where hierarchy is stricter, you could have something like "users can suggest folding or flag, managers can apply, admins can delete", which is what public-facing things like GitHub, GitLab and Bugzilla do.
