Wiki page attachments seem broken since tiki 23, at least (works fine in Tiki 21 but I haven't tested in Tiki 22).
Sometimes the page refreshes without saving the attachment.
Sometimes we receive an error message saying "Errors detected".Reproduced on https://testmick.lab10.evoludata.com/test-attachment (credentials here.
The problem have been reported by a client on tiki 23.x
