Adding an option in the trackers so the title of a text field is used as placeholder in the input field instead using the label and extra space

I already made an attempt, but it was before a release process + I'm sure my code can be improved.

• Add a new option "labelasplaceholder" for tracker text field.
• Remove the then unnecessary label col
• Cancels the unnecessary samerow parameter as we don't use a label with the field name
• Better placement for the Mandatory star when this is used to keep it all in one line
