Create user documentation for Cypht, with many screenshots

An idea from Manassé, which Marc likes a lot.

https://cypht.org would be a lot nicer with plenty of screenshots. We have a few screenshots at http://wikisuite.org/Cypht but it should be better. Show all interfaces, show many themes, etc.

This will be a great learning project for one of new tech writer recruits

• or in a Tiki Wiki (to be discussed with Jason)

https://standalone.cypht.dev1.evoludata.com/ could be used for the screenshots. And real data should be blurred out.
