Jitsi

Jitsi is a free and open source multiplatform voice, videoconferencing and instant messaging application. It supports many open telephony, instant messaging, and encryption protocols. Jitsi can be used as a drop-in replacement for Skype. The source code of Jitsi is available under the Apache 2.0 software license.
